I've been a painting fool lately. The urge to paint just hit me like lightening and I've painting often the last couple weeks. Here is one of the fruits of my labor. I love how this turned out. The Black Pug just seems to "POP" off the canvas. Actually this started out as a normal gallery wrapped painting canvas....A BIG ONE. Then I covered it with fabric. The Pug is painted on the fabric.

Introducing Tupelo I'm Still Standing

I'm excited to introduce Oliver to all of you. His registered name is Tupelo I'm Still Standing and he comes to us from Patt Kolesar of Tupelo Pugs. He's just gorgeous! He's currently out being shown by our handler Judy Ellis and has his first show next weekend. He's 15 months old. I have longed for a nice fawn boy for some time now and I think we've found him!

The Pixinator

Pixie is growing up so fast. Oh why can't they stay puppies for longer? Well, of course she's still very much a puppy and will be for some time. She is just so cute and I enjoy her so much. Here are a few pictures to share with you.

So I finally had some time to do some painting. Yeah! I wanted to share with you all my latest...

This first one is a original mixed media collage that measures 8x 10 on gallery wrapped canvas. I LOVE, LOVE the colors on this one. The Pug really "pops". Pugs and the cold

Brrr! It's freezing out this morning. So much so that little Pixie could only go out to potty for a few minutes. I will be so glad when Spring arrives. This cold weather is for the birds.
