Hi Kelle!
It's Shirley, I love pugs because...they are little clowns covered in fur and you cannot be sad with a pug around.

Never repeat this to The Mandinator ...
I love pugs because - in the dark days after my brother was killed, the pack of pugs living at the Tall Grass made sure that Motherrr got up in the morning and got some rest at night. In the darkest hours, when my brothers and I were not able to be present, the pugs watched with their gentle eyes and kind souls. They certainly fulfilled their breeder's original purpose of the ultimate companion dog.

I love pugs because... pug fur absorbs a lot of tears, puggy kisses wipe away the rest, and then you can't help but laugh.

Heya!

I love pugs because even in the event that a rescue pug does not survive as long as you desire her to, the warmth, laughter, and love that is left behind when she crosses the rainbow bridge is so much. She came into our lives to change us, and we came into hers to provide her with love and a good life she deserved.

Kelle, I love your blog!

I love Pugs because...I have never laughed so hard, loved so much, or had as much fun, until I had my girl. She brings out the child in me, she is my "baby" and the best big sister ever to our special son, Carter.
I can't imagine my life without a spoiled pug under our roof.

I love Pugs because....how else could I meet-up with people (online and in person)from all over the world and because we are mutually pugged, feel like we have known each other all our lives? And most importantly get a chance to win such a beautiful pendant which I would love to see go straight to Homeward Bound Pug Rescue's "Puggerfest" for their silent auction! The good deed would then be "paid forward" and help Pugs in need.

I Love Pugs Because..it was when I fell in love with my first pug Suki. When Suki came into my life I was bedridden with physical and mental disabilities. His needs as a tiny puppy over came mine and as each day pasted, I started getting out more and more.
I realized that as he was growing up those first months, I was attempting to teach him several fun tricks, sit, down, talk-to-me, come. I wanted to learn more about teaching him and he needed to get out of the house and make new friends, so we enrolled in an obedience class. I was so thrilled on graduation night with "our" success that I wanted to learn more about teaching him.
Agility was my dream come true. I just knew that we could learn to do it and we'd have a great time together. Some of my family members didn't think that I could physically run, but my trainer said that she'd help teach Suki to work out at distance and I wouldn't have to run so hard. I look back now after 5 years and laugh!!! I have been running ever since!!! I don't always have the best of days, but Suki has transformed my life from loneliness and despair to a life filled with happiness, tons of comic relief and the will to keep going. Now I have a house full of pugs. Some I compete in agility and obedience with and a few others that I show in the breed ring. I've whelped 3 litters of pug puppies. I've never been loved more deeply and with devotion that words can't describe how much I love pugs!

Hiya Kelle,
I love pugs because: well, I happen to love one pug in particular because she brings my mother who lives alone, so much joy, in fact, I think this is the first time in my whole life that ive actually been out loved in the sence that im sure my mom loves this lil girl even more then her daughters lol, which bring me nothing but happiness due to the undevoted companionship she brings to my mothers life. She even follows her into the bath when mom bathes lol and when its time to nap on the day bed, she gives mom that look and you see mom extend her arm down to lift peeps up into her cozy abode. So this is why I happen to love a pug. smiles

Barb. here:
I love pugs because they make my heart fill with so much joy. They have such adorable little squishie faces, with a snore that sounds like music from heaven to lull me to sleep at night. They are natural little clowns that love to get and receive kisses. They remind us all that what's really important is to have a sense of humor.and all that is really important is LOVE.

Hi, I am a guide dog raiser in Seattle, WA. The puppy I am currently raising is named Shep. I love your blog and I love reading about other people’s pet experiences. I also have a website where I sell pet supplies and i have a blog on it also about guide dogs. I built the site to try and help raise money for guide dogs and other animal charities.

I love pugs because, after a long tiring day ther is nothing better to lift the spirits than a herd of snorts and snuffles greeting me at the door. Then being followed to the nearest chair and attacked and givin a million puggie kisses. There is nothing better to soothe aching muscles and joints like a good long puggie tongue massage. Pugs are natures best anti-depressant.
